Posner is certainly fresh air in the patent-ligitation space. I kind-of agree with him too. Apple can do it merely because they have the cash inflows to burn; they’ll try to get whatever they can and don’t really care of the outcome. If the cases come out in their favour, they are happy. If it doesn’t, they just go back to developing products as they always did.
